"Twinkie Deconstructed" is an entertaining book that lists all the
ingredients and tracks where they come from and what else they're used for.
"Food grade plaster of paris" is my favorite, by far!

But please say more about Protek being Teflon.  Is it really the same stuff,
just liquid-ified?  Pretty cool and not previously known!
