Black lacquer finish Questions

Seems to me in the past year there were two rather thorough series of
articles on compleat refinishing, one by Webb Phillips and another
more recently by someone whose last name may be Hughes. Look through
your stack of Journals, and get the CD copies of more recent years of
the Piano Technicians Journal and do some searching.
