Kawai Millennium Actions

I Haven't seen these actions to offer an opinion on checking but I would
venture to say that the metal studs on the rear of the naturals are a
replacement
for lead and are installed to even off to touchweight between the
sharps and naturals.

On most verticals which come through my shop, lead is added to the
rear of the naturals
to effect a -6g FW to even off the touchweight. A good way to get
rid of lead which is
removed from grand keys.
