The bleed is in the valve, it allows vacuum to leak
back under the pouch once he tracker bar hole is covered
to insure note termination and quick repetition.

A tracker bar pump will help to pull debris from the system.
A vacuum cleaner doesn't produce as much vacuum but will
do in a pinch, use the crevice tool so the metal wand does
not damage the brass tracker bar.
