I'd have to disagree here.  If the tune drops if you touch the pin, 
you should tune it.  The point is stability.  Sometimes the pitch 
will be hanging up there on the ragged edge and just a bump to the 
tuning pin is all it takes for a significant drop (5-15 cents), 
particularly on new pianos.  I do find that following my own tunings 
the pianos get more and more stable and barring climate swings I do 
get more and more "freebies" in that the pin is solid and the pitch 
stays solid too.  That is confirmed stability versus don't touch it 
or you may nix it. JMHO
