Yankee Ratchet

I think the Yankee ratchet is still available (try Grainger).  But for 
the job at hand, there is a much superior tool, one made precisely for 
rocker capstans:

(Sometimes called the Bechstein offset screwdriver)  This is the only 
tool which will preserve your sanity when adjusting grand rocker 
capstans.
