This IS great. It would be in everybody's best interest if this were more common. The manufacter's have to understand that good press from techs is a huge factor in their sales. Do you have a contact in the US, or did you contact Europe? At the other end of the spectrum, does anyone have any contact information for Seiler? I service lots of these pianos, yet I can get no reliable source for tech support, customer service, or any information at all for that matter.
