Hi Jeannie, K8 or UST8? Never heard of a K8, but UST8's, for the money, are good pianos, IME. I've serviced a number of them, and I don't find any real problems. In that price range, I don't think you can do better, just different (all other things being equal, of course). I'm guessing that first piano is an RX-1? Just saw one of those last week, as well.
