Tuning sequence question

I think Cy was using Tunelab overpull for a 20 min pitch raise, not a  
tuning.  On pitch raises 25 cents or less, If you set the strings and pins  and use 
test blows as you go, Tunelab overpull is accurate enough to only  require 
some aural tweaks when finished.  That's the real advantage of  Tunelab for me.
