CA tuning pins while piano is upright

Many times if just a few pins are loose you can apply the CA to the joint 
where the top of the plate meets the pinblock.  The CA will run down the face of 
the block behind the plate.  You can see it wick into the bushings if it is so 
equipped.  Don't over do it or it will run out of the hole where the pressure 
bar screws go through the plate.
