I started to apply on-line and was surprised to find a $150.00 processing fee. Does anyone know if you apply by phone if the same fee applies? It's Saturday and I wanted to get it done before Monday if I can. Also, I noticed that the San Francisco chapter has a library that loans pace and other materials for study. I would be interested in that if you can be a member of a texas chapter and still borrow. Or i could borrow from a texas chapter if one has a loaning library? I know it sounds like I'm being cheap but the truth is I have had a rough year - won't go into detail but it involved surgery - and now I'm living month to month and trying to build my business back up.
