Yes Wayne, the fact that you are the supplier of the piano certainly adds another dimension, doesn't it.. I think maybe some have missed the posting where you explained that the customer bought the piano from you. In this situation, you really have to keep the customer happy, don't you, even if you have to end up letting her choose a differernt piano, and you make a loss on this whole transaction. But if it does come to that, in the long term you will have a happy customer who tells others what pains you went to, to make things right for her, and that kind of free marketing has much value.
