    Ladies and Gentlemen,

    I have recently replaced all of the rotten hammer spring cords on Yamaha consoles, both American (1981) and Japanese (1970) made.  Does anyone know when Yamaha fixed this time-bomb problem?  Has anyone seen this problem with any of the Yamaha institutional pianos?
