Just delivered a QRS Pianomation Hallet Davis and Co to a customer. The volume controls for both the piano player and the audio portions need to be adjusted separately as both can be turned down so as to be inaudible/not playing. Or one can be working and the other can be too low to be heard/play. Playing with the separate volume controls can save a lot of wasted time on the phone...
