Ya - and never give them credit. You'll definitely regret.

What is it with rich people? They are so often the cheapest people on the
planet.

Exhibit A: Peter. Peter buys a Sojin grand from me at a bargain basement
price. Why bargain basement? Because that's where the piano belongs: in a
basement. Or below it. It's simply not a good piano. I priced it low
because it's not worth much. Really, I feel I priced it fairly.

So Peter buys it.

Peter shows up in a brand new BMW SUV. Pays cash. Doesn't want to pay for
movers. Brings his own trailer. Trailer doesn't have a roof or walls; it's
just a flat platform on wheels. Can't load the piano on it's side on the
trailer; no walls! Have to put it on it's belly. Piano has a QRS Player
System attached. Piano has to sit on player system solenoid compartment.
Peter pulls away with piano in trailer. Peter calls 10 minutes later.
Piano is sliding all around on trailer. Player mechanism solenoid
compartment is in pieces.

This guy buys the cheapest piano he can find, tries to save $250 by moving
it himself (Lord knows how he's going to get it OFF the trailer and into his
house), and ends up ruining the player mechanism and possibly the piano,
too. (Well...the piano didn't have too far to go...to be ruined, I mean...)

I wrote clearly on his receipt, "Not responsible for any damage to piano due
to moving."

At least it's out of my house. I had a hard time selling it, knowing that
it was such a poor instrument. I won't out and out lie, and I won't
mislead; makes me a pretty poor salesman. But with this guy, I don't feel
too guilty about selling it to him. You get what you pay for. He got a
cheap piano at a cheap price.

>From now on, I only buy pianos that I can have confidence in and be able to
"sell" to some one. (I have a 1923 totally rebuilt M&H AA if anyone is
looking.)
