  Subject: Ivory Import

  Hi Folks

I have a customer who is moving from Canada to the USA and will be taking her 1929 Heintzman grand with her. This instrument has beautiful ivory keys on it and from what I understand there is some paperwork that needs to be done to import the piano into the USA due to the ivory keys.

Can anyone point me to the right place to find the information she needs to get it across the border?

  Thanks!

                   John
