pitch for 1903 Hinze

Alan: My understanding is that international pitch at that time was 435. The 
difference in tension between that and A440 is so small that i always tune 
up to the latter pitch. Seasonal pitch changes alone could put a piano tuned 
to 435 up to 440 anyway.
