Jim, I doubt the piano went through the experience OK; but only time will tell. At the very least, the piano will need added service to restore regulation and tuning stability. I assume their insurance will at least pay for one or two service calls. Years from now, you may likely see issues with center pins and bridge pins but it will be hard to prove.
