Chickering & Sons

As was suggested by an earlier post, there was nothing of the original Chickering in the Baldwin-built grands bearing the Chickering name on the fallboard.  However, during that same era (1980's), Baldwin built a Wurlitzer grand that was based on a Chickering scale.  We didn't know whether to call it a Chick-litzer, or a Wurl-win.
