Michael,
Do you have a scanner? If it is possible, could you please scan the
Schwander regulation book, then upload to the files section for everyone?

Maybe pdf format or just a folder full of pictures zipped into a file?

Find a copy of a Schwander regulation book and all will be revealed.

Most, if not all of the asian verticals and now Baldwin too, have copied the
Schwander vertical action which was originally used in the better Kimballs(I
know it's an oxymoron) back in the 70"s and early 80's. I may have a copy
around here somewhere, if I do I'll copy it and send it out this evening.
