Yes,
Spurlock does make a jig that does work nicely.  Its gotten me through some 
bad times before.  Like all Spurlock tools, it works wonderfully in my 
humble opinion.  I was shocked that no one had brought this up sooner in 
this discussion.  Guess most folks were sleeping in late like me...  Oh, and 
you can use the Spurlock jig with hammers that are already installed on 
shanks, which is what is being asked.
