They are sending brackets, very quick and positive response. The piano is, unfortunately, just out of warranty. FWIW, I tuned a Samick Knabe today, about 2 years old. Really seems like it would be a decent instrument if I could throw away the hammers and put on Bacons from Ronsen or something similarly soft. Although the hammers it has may not be all that bad, the owner wouldnt let me voice it, :-( , she likes the way it rips you ears out in a marble foyer, go figure.
