Duaine Hechler: On your web site http://www.hechlerpianoandorgan.com/aboutme.html you have the Piano Technicians Guild logo, with no indication of your membership status. You are not a member of PTG, by your own testimony. This is dishonest and illegal, and shows you don't respect the rules of the organization. PTG members are incredibly generous in sharing knowledge, experience and skills, and in helping Associates who want to learn to become good technicians. Playing by the rules is how you earn our trust and respect. You are not playing by the rules.
