Well, Phil, I'd say what you had to offer here was excellent and very
apropos. These kind of encouraging words are always welcome so please don't
hesitate to post in the future.

Blessings indeed,

Dean

Randy's videos are available from Schaff, page 181 in the 2007 catalog

I'd like to comment from my viewpoint as a very green, just beginning
technician, that while I disagree with some of Duaine's assertions as
well as his delivery, I have very much appreciated that Duaine has
agitated many to engage in some wonderful debate, resulting in a fresh
and near comprehensive discussion around aural tuning. I'm very grateful
to all participants on this list, the reading of which is an anxiously
anticipated segment of my day, and which challenges me to pursue
excellence in serving my clients. I'll rarely contribute as I have
little to offer at this point (I'm sure there are others like me) but I
did want to thank you all and to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a
prosperous new year

blessings,

Phil Manning
