Consensus here, Frank, seems to me to be a useful concept as the conjoined learning of many who have experience in what of which they opine (hate those dangling prepositions!). Particularly in technology. None of us invented the wheel, but most of us re-invented it many times because we didn't find and follow the "winners", those who have successfully done something enough times so that they can offer their experience. Thanks for the information, and I'm curious about the compound angle. Why did you do that? What were you trying to achieve? Paul In a message dated 12/24/2008 8:34:43 P.M. I look for what works for me, and don't really care much who does or does not agree with me. I use 15⁰. In some cases I have made it a compound angle, with front pins leaning forward as much as 15⁰, as well as 15⁰ to the side, the back pins leaning to the back 15⁰ as well as 15⁰ to the side. The front to back leaning seems to be fairly inconsequential, but 15⁰ to the side works for me.
