Mowtown

Greetrings,
 
                 Does anyone know of any tuners that tuned for Mowtown? How 
can I find out what tuners were working on that area in that time? I wanna know 
if they tuned in ET, because things sound as if its NOT ET on ALOT of the 
recordings.
