For those looking for one of the jigs that Kent Galloway used to sell there is one listed in the latest ENCO catalogue. It is the same indexing head spin jig that Kent used but Kent made a bracket of sorts to fit in the end for holding the hammer. Im assuming that if you really want one of these jigs youll come up with something to use for the hammer clamp. I have attached an X, y, indexing vise underneath this jig which gives me everything except the rake adjustment. Ive accomplished that by using a radial drill press which I can adjust the rake angle with. You could also put something under the x,y, indexing vise which would help you create the small angle for rake. Heres the spin jig, http://www.use-enco.com/CGI/INSRIT?PMAKA=AE235-6011 . Here is the drill vise I put under the spin jig; http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=11173&filter=drill%20vise . And if you like, they also have a small arbor press if you cant make your drill press do the light press work for the other things talked about recently. Its here; http://www.use-enco.com/CGI/INSRIT?PMAKA=AE805-1005 . Hope this is useful to someone.
