  I'm preparing a rebuilding quote on a Steinway M from the 1920's for the piano store I work for part-time.  The customer wants Steinway parts, but I just tried Steinway's phone number from the Journal and it is too late in the day.  Is there no way to get this information online?  It seems that in this day and age....
