Well yes, there is that. And given that I was in my 20's and single ... 
that and a few other ideas WOULD BE a GREAT idea. Howsomever, I am 57, 
have a family, and I am trying to do this via Mr. Potter's method ... 
also, the Business Plan I was (I guess) alluding to, was a physical Plan 
for a startup business. But hey, thanks for the nudge to go back to school!
