I also like Pianotek's hammer softener applied just off the crown on high 
shoulders( since you mentioned soft playing is fine).  Hard to do the 
underside, tho....

I like to needle lightly and then spritz 'em pretty thoroughly with 70%
isopropyl, both at the strike point.  Helps for a while, at least.
