Grand Piano drop screw tool?

Hi Jon,

You are definitely not dense. 

The slot is too small for a screw driver blade.

You suggested sawing them wider, so the blade will fit.

You suggested turning them before sawing them so that more than one can be
done at once.

If the slot is too small how do you turn them to align them for sawing?
Catch 22.
