hinges

I'm working on a Steinway "A" ca: 1911 with two different sized lid hinges. Schaff and Pianotek only had one of the hinges . The hinge furthest away from the keyboard is smaller than the front one, and they do not bend over the inside of the case.
I really need some help on acquiring the smaller hinge, nickle plated, just the case part. Steinway was no help.
