A pound can of it (325 mesh) jumped up at me, waving it's arms 
yelling "I'm really cheap! Buy me!" at an estate sale, so I 
bought it - really cheap. Googling produces some sources.

It dries out really quickly and doesn't stick to the plate 
nearly as well as what they used at the factory, but it's 
quick and easy. There's probably a better vehicle, but I 
haven't pursued it. I expect that whatever is on the plate was 
the same stuff used for bridge tops. I was told the vehicle 
was beer, but you know about those "Iwastolds".

Could use some research though...
