I guess "dissolves" was a bad choice of words.  I do mix it with DA before
application and it does suspend long enough for that. 

Now that I think about it, though, why not just use Dag for both the
transfer agent and the release agent.  Double your pleasure!

I just tried some of the white chalkline chalk, and it 
definitely doesn't. It makes a nice temporary suspension, but 
settles out fairly quickly if left to sit. Definitely not a 
solution, but nicely usable as a suspension nonetheless.
