Matthew, from the replies you've received, we're all similar in our approach: full price for the 1st piano, and then whatever you feel comfortable with from that point. I make it a point on the invoice to show the full amount as a sub-total...and _then_ show whatever discount you would apply..then total. This way they know that: -a discount applies -if they only choose to tune 1 in the future, full price applies. Works for me, and it seems most others also, -Phil Bondi(Fl)
