Ed, 1/2cc is equivalent to approx 1/60 oz. That seems like a LOT of refilling!?!? At approx 1.5 oz per piano, that's 90 refills. (I think.) On the few pinblocks I've treated I have just used the long drip tip on the bottle. I need something a bit more precise, but I'd prefer not to spend a lot of time and motion in refilling, not to mention it seems that would increase the risk of spilling an open container!
