Shawn, Your wifes description is perfect. It doesn't help the pin fit the felt; it helps the cloth fit the hole in the flange. To make it yourself, you need a scrap of steel, brass or aluminium, and a set of drill bits. Why the high price? Well, maybe they are high precision holes, and it does have a handle! -----Original Message----- tool?
