Fellows, thanks for your responses! I think the tool is a little over priced considering its function. Thanks again. You can do the same thing with a cheap drill bit gague. The holes are already drilled for you. The accuracy of the gague does not matter for this. Just find a hole where the cloth is a tight fit. Run the cloth through that hole several times. Then check the fit through the flange. Shawn, Your wifes description is perfect. It doesn't help the pin fit the felt; it helps the cloth fit the hole in the flange. To make it yourself, you need a scrap of steel, brass or aluminium, and a set of drill bits. Why the high price? Well, maybe they are high precision holes, and it does have a handle! -----Original Message----- tool? From my Wife's description of the picture in the Renner catalog, she tells me that it has 3 holes in it and is mounted in a handle. This don't tell me much... I'm just wondering about how the tool works. Does it cut down on the need to ream? It seems a little high in price if it don't. Or maybe I just don't understand anything about the product... -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
