C/A glue will work OK, but there is a tendency for it to make click noises after a while. Swedging the wire as David said is a good idea, and usually works. Beyond that comes plug and redrill. I have been lead to believe that CA glue will not work on metal and that is why CA glue works on tuning pins in the pin block.
