Verdigris & Dark Flange Wood

The only way to take care of this vertigris IMO is to strip the rails, clean them, and rebuild the action with all new components.

  I've also noted the dark wood on sticky Steinway hammer flanges, but I ascribe this to years of various lubricant applications.
