Michael,

I'd recommend you continue trying to reach Sam at 866-798-6979 extension 
136.   I dialed that number on October 31, Sam answered, he took down my 
information, promised to send the brackets right away, and they arrived 
a week later.  I'll be picking up the action to install the brackets 
tomorrow.
