Hi,I am working on a 1920s Collard & Collard upright, I am trying to eliminate the lost motion in the keys but the dollies on the end of the keys have seized. I have turned a few of them but they are snapping. I have reshaped the hammers and am having the same problem adjusting the let off, the metal parts are just shearing. ....any suggestions? -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
