With a "flexible" ETA of Monday, I can certainly understand the high stress levels, but "flex" can spool out quite a ways once it has been invoked. Most unfortunate that he has been unavailable; if he delivers the piano a few minutes from now he has lost a good client and put a very major ding in whatever reputation he had.All sorts of lurid scenarios are imaginable, but best to take the actions Andrew suggested before indulging in such thoughts.
