lowering inertia without voiding warranty

Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

I don't know how good the warranty is, but I'd hate to loose it with 8 yrs still to go.  You never know what may happen.  I have been told that doing a capstan shift will void the warranty, but when push comes to shove, who knows?

Maybe I did the 1/2 punching wrong?

I added the same size punching (scarlet) to the bottom of the key, while keeping the balance rail one, in place.  When I put the 1/2 on the key bottom, should I have removed the one from the balance rail.

With the front weights being off (above) David's charts for the high limit & the AR a whole gram above our target, I don't think the 1/2 punching is going to do it; but every little bit will help, that is, if it doesn't add more problems.
