Hi I am being sent on a warranty job next week to look at a Kawai K3 fall board that is slamming shut. I have no idea what to expect other than that. Does anyone have advice on what types of problems are common to this device, and how to deal with them? Or should I just check it out when I get there and get on the phone with Kawai?
