Hello Julia, If this piano has a down-striking action it is almost surly a " Sp. 64 ". designed by Pratt- Read and built for them by Lester. It has 64 keys and a working sustain pedal. Its factory designation was model " K ". It is 22 1/2 in. deep and 38 !/2 long It was advertised in the 1947 Piano Technicians Journal as a " Practice " Piano. The plate is of Magnesium and weighs only 22 lbs. Such a piano is displayed in The Foundation Museum among many others. The Museum is open each business day and is free to all PTG. members.
