Greetings Prez-elect Fenton,

When elected to office, will you appoint a team in the US justice dept to change the voting registration system so that only people who file a 1040 form of any kind and pay tax can vote?

After all, according to US Federal Admiralty Law,  taxes are paid voluntarily and even a welfare recipient can file and pay if they so choose. This way, they can't claim they are disenfranchised from voting. Sort of "motor-voter" only "taxpayer-voter" instead.

By the way, here's my fix for the economy. We spend 5% less this year than last, then 5% less next year, till the budget is balanced. Nothing gets cut, just gotta get by on 5 % less. I'm gonna go fishing.
