Find out for yourself. You can be a hero. Corner yourself a 25 
cents+ flat piano. Pull one string of all the C unisons above 
pitch according to the overshoot recommended (dictated?) by 
your ETD. Wait 15-30 minutes. Measure all the Cs to see if 
they're now on, or within a couple of cents of, target pitch. 
If it's strings stretching, they will be. If not...
