Scott,

The Mannino post is what I was referring to that works on almost all pianos. The balance problem I referred to has happened on a few lately and the titling/"turbocharging" worked when all the other stuff didn't. 

I forgot to add one more thing. If the piano is literally tilted toward the wall (I've seen this on these bobblers too) adding caster cups to the rear casters helps. Uprights and their springs still have to deal with gravity.
