[pianotech] Upright damper spacing

Another use for the fake credit cards is an index
for spacing damper heads.  I use a translucent card
and scribe parallel lines about the width of a unison.

Align the index lines along the string impressions in
the felt and bend the wire to center the felt under the
marks. In the photo, the top two heads are relocated.

I use a checkering file to resurface the flats and trim
when done spacing.
